Up to 20 websites

Each connected domain counts toward the Agency website allowance.

20 Google businesses

Distinct Google businesses on active widgets, counted separately from domains.

Up to 10 seats

Invited teammates and clients share one pool. The account owner does not use a seat.

White-label embeds

Seats can be scoped to the domains and projects you choose.

A website domain and a Google Place ID are counted separately. Another listing is another business, even on a domain you already connected.

The agency workflow

From first client
to published widget.

The same builder and dashboard a single business uses. Agency is what lets one account hold the clients.

  1. 1

    Find the business

Select the client’s public Google business listing. Search the listing, or paste a Maps link, and attach that Place ID to the widget.

  2. 2

    Make it their own

Design it in the GR Widget builder. Pick from 34 layouts, then match each client’s colours, fonts and filters. See the live layouts.

  3. 3

    Install it anywhere

Paste one embed code into their site, whether it runs on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow or plain HTML. Installation guides.

Built for client work

Professional results.
Less repetitive work.

Every client gets a review display that looks like it belongs on their site, and you get one place to look after all of them.

Design for each brand

Style each client’s review experience without using a generic unmodified badge.

Keep everyone organised

Manage access with the workspace and seat permissions that already exist on Agency. Invite, limit, and revoke from Team & clients.

Keep reviews current

Agency uses the same Business-level syncing and richer review content as the Business plan, subject to provider and API behaviour.

Team & clients

Seats and client access
that already exist.

On an Agency account, Dashboard, then Team & clients, is where people are invited. After you start a trial, the dashboard also shows an Agency setup checklist for the same steps.

Open Team & clients after you are signed in on Agency. If the client should own the subscription instead, use the partner path.

  1. 1

Invite a teammate or a client

Choose the Client role or a teammate, then manage access or view-only access.

  2. 2

    Limit what they see

Tick the domains and projects they should open. Leave them unticked only when that person should see the whole workspace.

  3. 3

    Revoke when the work ends

Remove the person from the same list. They lose that workspace. Your widgets stay on the Agency account.

Who pays GR Widget?

Agency pays. A partner’s client pays.

Choose Agency if you want one central bill. Choose Partner if each client should own and pay for their account. Affiliates only recommend; they do not manage accounts.

This page

Agency

Your business pays one Agency subscription.

  • Operate many client websites from one account, up to 20 websites and 10 seats.
  • Invite teammates and clients into your workspace. They are not the billing owner.
  • Choose this when central billing and workspaces suit you.

Partner

Each client pays GR Widget and owns their account.

  • The client owns the account and the PayPal billing agreement.
  • You can stay as a manager only if they allow it. They can revoke access.
  • Your design, setup, or maintenance fee stays between you and the client.

Affiliate

You only recommend the product.

  • No management access to the customer’s widgets or billing.
  • The reader owns the account and pays GR Widget directly.
  • Commission terms are supplied to approved participants. This page is not those terms.
AGENCY FAQS

Questions agencies ask

Seats, white-label, limits and who owns the bill.

Ask us a question
Does each client need to subscribe?

Not if you legitimately manage their eligible widgets within the same Agency subscription and account limits. If each client should own their own billing, our Partner programme is the better fit.

Can my client log in?

Agency includes 10 team and client seats. You choose view or manage, and you can limit the person to specific domains and projects. They work inside your workspace. They do not take ownership of your PayPal billing.

What if I only serve two businesses?

A smaller plan may already cover your specific domains and locations. Site is 1 website and 1 Google business, without team seats. Business is 5 websites and 5 Google businesses, also without team seats. Use the right plan, not necessarily Agency. Compare plans.

More than 20 sites or business locations?

Contact us for custom Agency or Enterprise scoping. There is no hidden unlimited-locations plan. The current Agency plan allows 20 website domains, 20 distinct Google businesses on active widgets, and 10 invited seats.

What does white-label mean?

White-label embeds as advertised on Agency, not an entire branded replacement of the GR Widget application. Hiding the “Powered by GR Widget” link is also available on Site and Business. Agency adds the seats and the multi-client workspace around that embed. It does not redesign the client’s website.

Can this put Google stars in a business’s own search result?

No. Google limits self-serving review-snippet eligibility. Do not sell Agency as SEO star markup. It presents reviews on the client’s website.

What if the client should own the bill?

That is the partner arrangement, not Agency. The client creates or uses their own GR Widget account and pays for their plan. Apply as a partner if that is the handover you want. We arrange each ownership handover with you and the client.
