What counts as a domain?
A domain is one website address. You can place as many widgets as you like across pages on that domain.
What happens when the trial ends?
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial — no charge today. Cancel from your account or PayPal before the trial ends and you won’t be billed. If the trial ends without cancelling, the selected plan is billed automatically. One free trial is available per account.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from this page or Account & billing. Paid-plan changes revise your existing PayPal subscription. We’ll confirm what changes before a downgrade. Switching does not grant a second free trial.
Do paid plans limit views or widgets?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited widgets and unlimited views. Review counts and domains still follow the plan you choose (for example Up to 30 reviews available on Site).
Do I need access to the Google Business Profile?
No. Search for your business by name — we match it by Google Place ID and sync reviews on our servers. You never need to sign in with Google or connect a Business Profile to get started.
