How to set a Google location for displaying reviews

Your widget needs the correct Google Business Profile so we can sync live reviews. Use the search box in your dashboard — the same tips apply on our homepage builder.

The right Google Business Profile keeps every synced review pointed at the correct listing.

Search by business name and address

Enter your business name and address (city, street, zip, etc.). Include enough detail for Google to distinguish your listing from others with a similar name.

Example: Brooklyn Museum, New York, 200 Eastern Pkwy

No physical address? Use a Google Maps link

Service-area businesses and some online brands may not have a street address on their profile. Open your listing in Google Maps, tap Share, and copy the short link. Paste that full URL into the search field.

Example: https://maps.app.goo.gl/...

Pick the correct result

Choose the row that matches your Google Business Profile name and location. We store the Google Place ID — your embed stays linked to that listing even when reviews update.

Create your widget

Once your location is connected, follow the Google reviews embed guide to put the widget on your site.
